Advice: Equipment can be different to the pictures, because we offer different apartments in this building Location:
3- Rooms apartments (approx. 55 m² ) directly in front of the famous "Praia do Futuro". Only 100 meters to Fortalezas main-beach ! The apartments are located in the highest floors (19.th floor or higher) of the building. Very near to the apartment you will find the well known beach-baracks (beach-restaurants) "Chico do Caranguejo" and "Itaparica". Bus-stop is directly downstairs the building. The distance to the "Praia de Iracema" and City-Center is approx. 10 km. This apartment is a special choice for people who like quietness, go often to the beach and love having a wonderful view. People that like night-life and shopping are adviced to rent a car in combination to avoid higher taxi-costs. But if you speak a little portugues you can also use the busses at daytime.
Equipment:
Big appartment-house with 2 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. All apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, ventilator/fan, and more). Television in the living-room. Two bedrooms - both with double-bed. Living-Room and kitchen combined in one room. Two bathrooms (one with warm-water shower). Equipped with one air-condition - but you really will never need it - because in this location you will have a strong wind all the time you open up a window ! The apartments offer a wonderful view to the "Praia de Futuro" and also to the backside landscape. They are standing alone and you have a free view to every side.
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (extra-charge 20.- US-Dollar). Free car-parking is offered inside the building (park-deck and underground-garage). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 7 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. 

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	55.- Euro / daily
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	75.- Euro / daily
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	9.- Euro / daily
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	800.- Euro (30 Tage) / Mindestmietdauer 60 Tage
Extra charge for car  / mobile-phone, daily (infos see below !):	Car: 25.- Euro         Mobile-phone 1,50 Euro
Payment:	10 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
