Location:
Approx. 85 m² apartment at the "Beira Mar" (city-part: Mucuripe). It is one of the biggest apartments in our offer. It is simple equipped but with all things you will need but with some things that are very hard to find in other rent-apartments, in example: washing-machine, microwave, gas-stove with electric ignition, safe and a big double-door refrigerator with separate freezer part. Only 1 block to the beach (approx. 100 meters). In a quieter back-street nearly without traffic-noise. The apartment is located in the 9.th floor of the building. Very near to the apartment-house (all max. 5 - 10 minutes by feet) are several shops, a laundry-service, a big super-market  and a lot of restaurants and beach-baracks. Also you will find a taxi-stand and a bus-stop around the corner. Some small bars are located nearby also. Distance to the "Praia de Iracema" is approx. 3 KM, to the "Praia do Futuro approx. 5 KM.
Equipment:
Big appartment-house with 2 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. All apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, ceiling ventilator/fan, and more). TV and sound-system in the living-room. Two bigger bedrooms with double-beds and a smaller bedroom with single-bed  (the 3.rd bedroom is small and without wardrobe). Big veranda with partial sea-view and view to the "Mirante". Big living-room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms (one with warm-water shower). Air-condition in the main bedroom (but this air-condition is most time not necessary, because there is a fresh wind nearly all the time you open up the windows).  If you wish, we can offer you an Internet-Cable-Connection inside this apartment !
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (extra-charge 20.- US-Dollar). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 7 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. 

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	48.- Euro / daily (booking with 3 persons: 52.- Euro)
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	65.- Euro / daily (booking with 3 persons: 69.- Euro)
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	12.- Euro / daily
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	800.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days
Extra charge for car  / mobile-phone, daily (infos see below !):	Car: 25.- Euro         Mobile-phone 1,50 Euro
Payment:	50 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
