Top-Apartment with approx. 144 m² at the "Praia de Iracema". Top location - in front of the beach and beach promenade with a wonderful view at Fortaleza and partial sea-view. The apartment is situated at the 12.th floor of the building. A supermarket is only approx. 300 meters away.  Next internet-cafe 600 meters. We can also offer an internet-connection in the apartment !  Next to the building you find very good fish- and steak-restaurants and the extensive night-life of the "Praia de Iracema". You will live nearly next to all well known tourist-discos. You can reach nearly all locations comfortably by feet and can save a lot of taxi-costs.

14-floor top-apartmenthouse with 2 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, ceiling-ventilator/fan, and more). Also a 34" television (with satellite connection) and a sound system. The appartment offers 3 bedrooms - all with double-bed. Bedroom 1 and 2 with air-condition, bedroom 3 with ceiling-fan. Big, modern kitchen. 2 bedrooms have a combined bathroom, the bedroom 3 has a separated bathroom with access from the corridor. 2 safes - one safe hidden, for cash and important documents. Big living-room (58 m²). 1 parking-place inside the building available. Playground for childrens at the ground-floor. At wish telephone- and internetconnection inside the apartment or fax-service (at extra-costs). Babybed also available. Multi-Trainer for body-building free of charge at the corridor. Veranda with partial sea-view anf full view of Fortaleza-City.

Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (small extra-charge). Many locations to park a car are in front of the building. Taking third persons to the apartment is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. At this apartment you have the possibility to rent a buggy instead of a normal car (click at "buggy" to see a picture of it !). The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 7 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. 

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	80.- Euro / daily
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	98.- Euro / daily
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	12.- Euro / daily
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	849.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days
